With nearly three decades of experience innovating technology & the web, David specializes in building award-winning Digital Products.

Currently, as the CEO of Idea Builders, David builds functional, elegant websites and apps, ranging from record-breaking e-learning platforms to fully-integrated custom e-commerce and rental portals to world renowned media news sites.

Previously, as Chief Technology Officer for Being Human, David created internet platforms that allowed the public to access the benefits of the explosive growth in the neuroscience community. In the same role with Drum Channel, David engineered online music education technology that enabled clients to receive instruction from world class drummers like Ringo Starr and Neil Peart, the website itself winning Best Drum Website four years in a row.

As Director of Network Services with Guidance Solutions, David supported clients through the entire ideation, design, and implementation process for sites like: The National Football League, Foot Locker, The J. Paul Getty Research and Conservation Institutes, and Mandalay Bay Resort Group. Before that, as Director of Technology and Business Development for Rotor Communications, David innovated new delivery methods for Internet-based, live interactive media, paving the way for the current range of products on the market today.

David began his career in the 1980s building computers and networks before joining Earthlink as their Network Manager, helping to grow the then neighborhood start-up into the third largest ISP in the world. Leveraging that success, he moved into a Network Manager role with Leiner Health Products, at the time, America’s largest manufacturer of vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements.

David’s pioneering work has been featured in publications ranging from Internet Week to the Los Angeles Times and even BPM Magazine. Over the years, David has acquired 13 certifications and degrees. He even even opened a cutting edge cafe in the heart of Hollywood called Badlanz. It was there that he mixed Art, Technology and Gaming, to create a unique environment that gained Badlanz national attention.

Jack Samatov is a pioneering web technology leader, Inventor and Entrepreneur focused on delivering innovative products and creating significant IP portfolio.

Technology leader delivering outstanding business results for over 20 years with extensive experience in developing innovative products and technology, setting strategy, leading cross functional teams, building companies and executing against aggressive business plans. With experience leading agile development teams with hands on experience at every stage of software development for Microsoft, Deluxe, AEG, KTLA, and Paramount Studios.

In 2005 Jack founded a full service software development company Relentless Agency, serving clients like Avenue A, Razorfish, DNA Studios, and Yellowpages.com. Earlier in his career, Jack managed software teams responsible for creating large-scale loan servicing systems for a mortgage corporations; prototypes of Jack’s multimedia platform invention have been adopted by Fortune 500 clients like Paramount Pictures, and CNN as well as NASA.

As the inventor and Technology Founder of Shadowbox, today Jack helps manage, estimate, design and develop new product features from prototype-to-launch.


Greg Stein

A serial entrepreneur, Greg leverages more than twenty-five years of leadership in corporate, non-profit, and government start-ups.

Most recently, Greg was Vice President of Strategic and Community Affairs and an original investor with Millennium Health, where he helped grow the company to more than 1,500 employees and 1.8BN in enterprise value.

Prior to Millennium, Greg served in a number of leadership roles such as:

    • CFO of a start-up in the defense and action sports space

    • EVP of a political economics start-up division in the macroeconomic firm founded by Dr. Arthur Laffer, the world-renowned economist

    • VP of a start-up in a lower, middle-market sell-side investment bank

    • CEO of a start-up consortium of defense contractors delivering software to the US Air Force and Navy

Gregs early business acumen was developed through organizing two freshmen Congressional offices, managing a $20 million campaign for the US Congress, serving as one of the youngest District Directors in the US, leading policy staff on the 96 Telecommunications Reform Act, and running as a candidate himself for the California State Assembly.

Active in community affairs, Greg has served as Chairman of the Board of the San Diego County Taxpayers Association and as Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Safe Homes Coalition, which is dedicated to reducing harm associated with prescription drug misuse and abuse.

Greg earned his BA in Political Science from UC San Diego and his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.
